IJMC - Administrivia: Back in the Saddle

This should probably be some kind of long diatribe, talking about all of 
the trials and adventures I have foregone in re-establishing the server 
for this mailing list. Instead, I think the previous run-on sentance 
serves well enough. At this point, I have been playing with the system 
for far too long...but, the International Junk Mail Clearinghouse is 
back. Look for some humor tomorrow, I want to make sure this gets out to
